Just a little clarification on a few of the themes.

Faceless - There should be no facial features really prominent in the icon. If hair is covering most of the face, I accept it. Otherwise it should be from the back or side, not really showing the face as much as possible. If you can't find a image that fits it, play with cropping.

Levels + b&w - Images should be stacked on each other either horizontally or vertically and have black & white in the icon.

Inside - Icon should show your character inside.
